What things cost

Priced where a price is honest

Training has a price list because a course is the same course for everyone. A platform deployment is not: what it costs depends on where it runs, how much data moves through it and who operates it. So rather than publish a number that would be wrong for most readers, here is what each step costs, what it includes, and where the number gets fixed.

Organisational AI in 30 minutes

Free

30 minutes

A scoped conversation about your perimeter, your models and your regulatory position. We come prepared and leave you with a written next step — including "not us" when that is the honest answer.

  • A founder or architect, not a sales rep
  • Your sector and deployment model, not a generic deck
  • A written note afterwards

Organisational AI Day

€1,500

One day plus the report · credited against a pilot or your first platform year

A day with two of our architects, the people who run your operation and the people who own your data and your obligations: which of your processes are ready to run as Human+AI, the best two drawn end to end, what sovereignty and the regulation require before they can, and what changes first.

  • A ranked shortlist of the processes worth running this way
  • Two of them drawn end to end: stages, tasks, people, systems, agents and gates
  • The five sovereignty tests, and the EU AI Act, NIS2 and DORA obligations that land on those processes
  • A target architecture, a sequencing, and a written readiness and gap report within five business days

Lakehouse to Ontology in a Day

€1,500

One day, hands on · both days back to back €2,700

Two of your sources taken from where they live to what they mean: how they would really be integrated, whether anyone can find and trust them, and the first ontology that gives them one meaning — objects, links and actions — built around one decision your business makes every week.

  • One decision modelled end to end
  • An integration and discoverability read on each source
  • A first ontology: objects, links, actions — and the conflicting definitions settled
  • A data-readiness verdict per source, and the gap list between this and production

The six-week pilot

€25,000 – €90,000

Six weeks · includes a part-time forward-deployed engineer and the platform · credited against your first year

One use case, your data, your models, inside your perimeter, with exit criteria written down before anything is installed. Where you land in the range depends on how much has to be true at once: a sovereign-cloud pilot on two clean sources sits at the bottom, an air-gapped deployment across several systems, with clearance and on-site work, at the top. We tell you which before you sign, not after.

  • One use case chosen for evidence
  • A part-time forward-deployed engineer alongside your team
  • A couple of your data sources ingested into the lakehouse
  • Two or three of your processes mapped, and a first ontology for them
  • Your deployment model, including air-gapped
  • A written verdict in week six

The platform itself

What a deployment costs depends on three things, and we would rather tell you which three than publish a number that misleads you.

Where it runs

A sovereign cloud region, your own datacentre, or a disconnected network — each has a different operating cost, and in the last two the infrastructure is yours, not ours.

How much runs through it

Capacity is sized on the workloads you actually put on it: how many agents, how much retrieval, how much analytics.

Who operates it

You, a national integrator, or us. This is a sovereignty question before it is a commercial one, and it changes the shape of the agreement.

A pilot answers all three with real numbers from your own environment, which is why we price the pilot and not a hypothetical year one. Both the days and the pilot are credited against your first year of platform, so evaluating us properly costs nothing if you go ahead.

All prices exclude VAT.
